This is a personalized engraved Japanese name pet ID tag in stainless steel.

Rose 15 mm: Bella in Japanese font #2
Gold 20 mm: Willow in Japanese font #4 and English font #15
Black 20 mm: Max in Japanese font #1 and English font #18
Steel: 25 mm Charlie in Japanese font #6 and English font #15
Steel 30 mm: Luna in Japanese font #5 and English font #11
Steel 35 mm: Milo in Japanese font #6 and English font #17
Both phone numbers on the 15 mm and 25 mm tag are in font #15

Please check the font options in the pictures. Font #6 doesn't work for most Kanji characters. 

Tags are available in 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm sizes for Rose, Gold, and Black colors, and in 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm sizes for Steel. The top shape of the tag varies slightly depending on the size — please check the photos for reference.

If you don't have a preference, we'll engrave Japanese names above and Roman names below. The default fonts are #2 for Japanese and #15 for English letters.
