Please check the font options in the pictures: fonts #3, 4, and 5 are written in Traditional Chinese only, and #6 is written in Simplified Chinese only. #1 and 2 is available for both Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Simplified Chinese will be used for the font #1 & 2 if you don't have a preference.

The bar is about 44 mm wide and 5.5 mm high. The bracelet length is: 16-17 cm (6.3-6.7 inches) full chain + 5 cm (2 inches) extender. If you want to make the extender chain shorter, please leave a note.
